Frequently asked questions
Do participants need an account?
No. The host sends a private invite link. Participants open it, enter their name and email, and join the session in their browser — no download or account needed.
How do professionals get started?
Hosts sign in with their professional account, create a session, and share the participant link with the people attending.
What happens when the timer ends?
The session shows a warning 5 minutes and 1 minute before the end, and ends automatically when the set time is reached. The host can pause and resume the session. Where the clinic has enabled it, a participant can request extra time, which the host approves.
Is the session recorded?
Video is not recorded. If the host turns on AI transcription, the session audio is converted into a written transcript and summary that is kept privately for the host.
What if I cannot join?
Check your internet connection, browser compatibility, and camera/microphone permissions. If it still doesn't work, email mysteriousminds.clinic@gmail.com with the approximate time and session reference. Do not send confidential session content.
Is it an emergency service?
No. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on a session or support email.
